Gates Called Beautiful was united in September of 2002. The joining of Vessel (Burning Records) and Nevaeh brought forth the melodic screams of Jason, Jesse, and Tommy, all former members of Nevaeh, with the heart throbbing rhythm of Alan and Andrew, both from Vessel. Through some drastic musical changes and God Calling people in different directions, G.C.B. was without a heartbeat, shortly after to be resuscitated by Aaron Vaccar and Mike Norton.
