3 Faced was nominated in 2 categories at the Southern California Music Awards this past Saturday Feb. 11th. While we felt honored to be considered among so many other great emerging artists, we were even more honored when we won ?Best Alternative Band?Award for all of southern California . We want to give a big thank you to all of those involved in the ceremony. We performed ?I Am?, which was also nominated for best song. Since the show was being filmed for cable TV, we made sure to make it an energy filled three minutes of stage time! Now with an award under our belt we will be heading into the studio on Valentines Day. At the production helm is our ultra-talented Grammy award-winning friend Ben Moody. Besides taking Evanescence to mega-stardom, Ben has also gone on to work with several other successful artists. We are very excited to see and hear the results of this musical collaboration. Among the songs we?ll be recording are the aggressive live favorites: ?Found Myself?, ?My Heart Rages On?, as well as a newly inspired ballad titled: ?Down and Above?.
