----------------
Formed in January of 2012 in Hollywood, CA by Alexander Millar (lead vocals/guitar), Joey Jane (bass) and Prentice Daggs (drums, Fight The Machine quickly built up a strong local following with their explosively intense live performances and were soon playing at legendary venues The Roxy Theatre, The Viper Room and The Troubadour.
The band quickly caught the attention of producer Gus Cryns (The Academy Is, Panic! At The Disco, Foxy Shazam, Escape The Fate) who helped produce and record their debut EP, “The Assayer”, which was released worldwide on March 13th, 2012.
Fight The Machine also shot and released a music video for "Cannibal", the first single from the new EP. The censored version of "Cannibal" gained over 20k unique views within its first week, and is still continuing to climb.
