Based in Los Angeles, created by Lee Beth Kilgore, to explore a different approach to music from a female songwriter. Inspired and heavily influenced by the current wave of British rock, Yardley is an evolving group of musicians with Kilgore as the constant.



Kilgore writes more often with other musicians in mind. However, melodic lyrically-based tunes also appear in Yardleys repertoire. Most recently, new additions to Yardley are STUART JOHNSON - Drums (Matthew Sweet, Love Jones, The New Radicals), and JEREMY SHOCKLEY (Electric Guitar)



Yardley credits as major influences, bands like Travis, Coldplay, Wilco and singer/songwriters like Jonatha Brooke, Patty Griffin,and Elliott Smith.
