With a hot new television show and music video for their upcoming album´s first single in pre-production, and multiple collaborations with a Grammy-nominated producer under their list of accolades, Arizona-bred, The Asphalt, is quickly paving a blazing-hot path to music and media stardom.
Sounding like the illegitimate child of Jimmy Eat World and The Foo Fighters, this four-piece has played over 400 live shows, Austin’s South by Southwest music festival twice and has shared the stage with such big dogs as Plain White T’s, Hot Hot Heat, Flyleaf, Social Distortion, Bad Religion and Jimmy Eat World to name a few.
After eight years of rocking you like a hurricane, The Asphalt are currently splitting their time between touring and recording their long-anticipated fourth studio album, Learning to Forget, slated for a February 2010 release.
