Take a first listen to Artist Vs Poet's new EP Damn Rough Night, streaming in its entirety on PureVolume.com now! The four-track EP will be available on iTunes from December 15th. Dallas, Texas' Artist Vs Poet has been winning over fans since the release of their self-titled debut EP in 2008. The band has already been making their mark, with Alternative Press naming them as one of their "100 bands you need to know in 2009". The video for single "Runaway" won MTVU's The Freshmen this summer, and their music has been featured in MTV's Real World and Parental Control. Damn Rough Night is a taste of things to come from their forthcoming debut album Favorite Fix, produced by Zack Odom and Kenneth Mount (All Time Low, Mayday Parade, Cartel) at Sound Studios in Atlanta, GA. The album is set for release on March 2nd, 2010. Artist Vs Poet has just finished up a tour of the U.S. with Forever The Sickest Kids, The Rocket Summer, Sing It Loud and My Favorite Highway.
