Ryan Star Working On New Album; Support The Goo Goo Dolls

Hope everyone had an incredible summer.

I spent it mostly traveling, at beaches and bon fires, earthquake trembling and hurricane chasing. I completely threw myself into writing new music that I will get out to you soon. It’s the first time I have put together such a focused collection of songs and in such a short time span. I credit the few years spent out on the road touring 11:59 which flooded me with new experiences, ideas and colors. If you came out to see a show or met me or had me jam after a concert in the parking lot, then your energy is most definitely a part of the songs. My universal muse.

The plan was to be recording right now but sometimes plans change. In this case, it is one of the greater detours. The band and I got the call from a longtime friend and inspiration of mine to come join him and his band out on the road for a month and we are so grateful.

Come see us rock the next tour with the great GOO GOO DOLLS!!!

It’s gonna be a blast and couldn’t come at a cooler time for us, as we will most likely be putting some of these new tunes into human trials. Inspired by summer blockbusters, when you leave, you will be sure to have green specks in your eyes.

Did you know that?

The Who´s album "Tommy" spent over two years on the US chart, but in their home country, the UK, it lasted only nine weeks.
