James Iha Premieres New Video

James Iha officially premiered the video for new song "To Who Knows Where" on VEVO yesterday, Monday July 16th. The new song comes from James' upcoming album "Look To The Sky" out September 18th on The End Records.

Watch the video here.

Filmed throughout Joshua Tree Desert and downtown Los Angeles, CA using a state of the art camera called the Alexa, and a massive anamorphic zoom lens from the 70's, James and director Adam Neustadter gathered inspiration from David Bowie's 1976 film "The Man Who Fell To Earth."

"This video is our homage to the cult classic - from the cinematography to the wardrobe styling" says Iha. "The general idea was to allude to weird story lines that were never explained. I come down from another planet, there are men following me, there's a mysterious woman, and I hope to find my way back to my home planet. It's like a lot of 70's movies."

Rolling Stone, Stereogum, Guitar World, Consequence of Sound, NME, Paste Magazine and more praise "To Who Knows Where" as one of Iha's darkest cuts, both moody and bittersweet, offering listeners a sophisticated pop melody and lyrical sharpness.

"To Who Knows Where" is now available on iTunes:

Did you know that?

Keith Moon passed out on a The Who show in the early 70´s but the band asked if there was anyone in the audience who could play drums. A fan came up on stage to replace Moon and the band could finish the setlist for the night.
