What Do The Kids Say Record From No Small Children Co-Produced By Bob Marlette
Elementary school teachers by day and rockers by night, Los Angeles pop-rock trio No Small Children released their new record, What Do The Kids Say?. The record showcases No Small Children’s carefully constructed songs and skilled musicianship. What Do The Kids Say? is now available on digital platforms worldwide.
The record is co-produced by Bob Marlette (Rob Zombie, Alice Cooper, Black Sabbath) and lead singer/guitarist, Lisa Pimentel. The band’s first single from the album, “Radio” was licensed to the Netflix show, Santa Clarita Diet starring Drew Barrymore and can be heard in Hot Topic stores nationwide. The record also features their song, “I’m So Concerned” which gives their point of view as three teachers on the harsh reality students are facing today. “We didn’t try to write this song, we just wrote it. We feel it reflects the times we live in,” says Pimentel. “‘I’m So Concerned’ captures our worries as teachers about the world we’re leaving for our students and the effects societal anxiety has on our youth. It also speaks to our desire to listen mindfully to our students to understand them and what they have to say.” Additionally, the album features the catchy and vivacious tracks, “It’s All For Love (For Goodness Sake)” and “I Feel Better”.
