Ryan Star Album News, Live Album + North America Release Of Indie
Ryan Star may have finished in sixth place on "Rock Star: Supernova," but the exposure from the CBS reality show has already put him on top.
Last week, Star?s original song "Back of Your Car" hit No. 1 on the MSN Music charts, ahead of new releases from Beyonc? and the Pussycat Dolls. To feed that momentum, the Dix Hills native rushed into the studio yesterday to record a live album with the "Rock Star" house band that will be released online next week.
In other exciting news, Stone Crow Records and KOCH Distribution have teamed up to release Ryan?s critically acclaimed underground indie album, Songs from the Eye of an Elephant, in stores throughout North America on September 19th!! Keep an eye out in stores and spread the word...

I purchased the CD Song?s from the eye of an Elephant and I positively LOVE IT! I also purchased the New Live "Dark Horse" CD in Hardcopy. The only thing I am sad about it that it won?t be ready to ship till OCT. lol.
