Review

They´ve got a big sound, they´re a supertight band, they´re influenced by Karnivool, Tool and A Perfect Circle. They are the Dallas rockers Moving Atlas! I have followed this band from the start and their massive 2008 EP "The Elephant Gun" through the excellent follow up "Red shelter" in 2009 and they do not disappoint with their new 5 track EP "Machina". I love their artwork on all releases and the new album cover ain´t no exception, we´re talking classy progressive alternative modern rock here and these new songs should put them on the map of modern rock forever. The 3rd track "Welcome home" is a classic, the song "Crawl out in the cold" is available as free download and if you love that song, the rest is nothing but an armada of high quality modern rock songs to save the day.

Tracklisting 1. Machina
2. Crawl out in the Cold (Feat. Jason Jones)
3. Welcome Home
4. Cracks in the Armor
5. Muse Accuser

Did you know that?

When the Slits opened up for The Clash in ยด77, Joe Strummer taught chords to Ari Up while Mick Jones helped the band tune their instruments.
