Review

Eren Cannata is the son of the highly respected musician Ritchie Cannata, who has played with Billy Joel and The Beach Boys. Eren´s 2007 album "Blame it on the city" is filled with soft modern rock songs in the singer/songwriter style, not that far from Ryan Cabrera, John Hampson (Nine Days) and Pat McGee. I think Eren is a good singer but there are not enough memorable songs on this 13 track album, songs like "Blame it on the city" and "Tonight" are really good but the rest just don´t move me at all. Eren has a new single out called "All my friends moved to Brooklyn" and he also played guitar on Demi Lovato´s latest album "Unbroken".

Did you know that?

+44 pronounced "plus forty four," a reference to the international dialing code of the United Kingdom, where band members Mark Hoppus and Travis Barker first discussed the project.
