Review

"Distractions" from 2006 is the only album from Virginia band Fall of Transition but it´s a good one if you´re into emo influenced indie rock, there are no hit singles in sight but more of album songs from track 1 to track 11. I like their moody atmospheric sound, the songs are beautifully arranged and the singer doesn´t scream his way through the songs either. Rather soothing melodies so to speak, this is definitely an old but fresh album worth checking out. C´mon, you don´t have to be embarrassed about listening to emo in 2012. A good song is always a good song no matter what genre.

Did you know that?

The name Depeche Mode was inspired by a French fashion magazine of the same name.
