Review

John Ondrasik and Five For Fighting as he is called have had a brilliant career. Perhaps there are many who do not know his name, but the breakthrough song "Superman (It's Not Easy)," from the Platinum certified America Town was a huge hit and ruled the radio in 2001. Before that million-selling album this rather odd debut "Message for Albert " came out in 1997 and Is a much more alternative record than the later material. This feels very 90's with a rough sound and odd melodies like a grunge inspired Elton John with a bad hair day
Have not listened to this album in ten years and time has not been kind to it, unfortunately."2 Frogs" and "10 Miles From Nowhere" is nice songs, but the rest is a very up and down history so can only recommend it to for the true fans. Cool, but not that good to be honest!
