Review

The new self-titled album from British metalcore band Asking Alexandria is the first album since the return of original singer Danny Worsnop, who released 2 albums while being away from AA.
One with his new band We Are Harlot in 2015 and the solo album "The Long Road Home" this year, but now the great singer is back and everything´s back to normal.
Denis Stoff was the frontman in the band between May 2015 and October 2016 and is also singing on the band´s 2016 album "The Black", Denis had to stop touring to focus on family who lives in Ukraine.
I love "The Black" and describe it as the Sgt.Pepper´s of Metalcore, their new album is good but not as good as "The Black". Just like Bring Me The Horizon, Asking Alexandria are flirting with the mainstream where the music is more melodic with more clean vocals and less growls. This will ofcourse divide fans into two camps where the old fans prefer the more brutal sound and the new fans welcome the approach of melodies in AA´s music.
I´m stuck in between.
