Review

Martin Stenmarck has one of the best voices in Sweden, his first solo album "One" was a strong modern rock/pop affair that artists like Mickey Thomas (Over the edge) and Danny Vaughn (From the inside) has recorded covers from.
Unfortunately the album didn?t sell and Martin goes in a whole new direction on his 2nd album "Think of me",this time he?s done a celebration to the woman and the language of love with a bunch of songs written by the Nashville league.
Forget about the modern rock coz the new album is a countrypop based album with 9 ballads and 2 uptempo tracks,he?s also recorded a terrible version of Gino Vanelli?s wonderful "Wild horses" - you listen to it once and never want to hear it again EVER!
I think Martin?s new album is directed to the Swedish housewives coz who else wants to buy this tragic album?! , just the thing that he has picked the ballad "You wont see me dancing" which is the worst song from his debut and included it "Think of me" says it all...........I really think that Martin?s a good guy and only means well with this release but it?s enough with one Michael Bolton.
