Review

Bjorn Lodin and his Baltimoore recently released their 7th album "Fanatical" if you include the previous covers album "Ultimate tribute".
It has almost been a new line up on every new album with this band, some of the members has been Ian Haugland (Europe),Nikolo Kotzev (Brazen Abbot),Jamie Borger (Talisman) and Mats Olausson (Yngwie Malmsteen) but on the new album Bjorn is surrounded by Hempo Hild?n-Drums (formerly with Trash),Weine Johansson-Bass and guitarists Mankan Sedenberg/Stefan Bergstrom.
"Fanatical" is probably Bjorn?s most straight head rocking album so far with lots of Ac/Dc feel over it,the sound is a bit dry and reminds a bit of the early MSG albums.
Bjorn has a rocknroll voice made for these kinda songs and it sounds the best when the songs are pure and simple hard rock but who is he gonna make happy with the boogie rocker "Wishes and reality"?
Good album that will appeal to fans of early Ac/Dc,Thunder and early WhiteSnake.

Great Record!!!!!!!!

Did you know that?

Fightstar´s first EP was heavily influenced by the author Chuck Palahniuk, with the band naming a song after him ("Palahniuk´s Laughter") and including a drawing of Edward Norton´s character in the film adaptation of the Palahniuk book Fight Club.
