Review

Imagine a barbeque party with Keane,Coldplay and Lifehouse where they wrote music for an album between the burgers - well the result must be The Fray from Denver coz their piano based melancholic modern pop is beautiful enough to melt the snow in the coldest day of winter.
For those who have the Stealth soundtrack, you have already heard the lovely new single "Over my head" and the whole album is filled with the same fine stuff of pop - like a big box of candy for the ears.
This quartet was formed in 2002 and won the award for the best new band in Denver the year after, their strength lies in their lead singer and pianist Isaac Slade who is just as talented as Chris Martin of Coldplay.
You?re gonna hear more from The Fray, that?s one thing for sure!
Just listen to the hauntingly beautiful ballad "Look after you" with lots of Vanessa Carlton vibes,magic.....or the title track "How to save a life" that can be described as the champagne of music.
I?m glad The Fray exists.
