Review

Like the title says ,this is Mike Tramp with a new band giving us a live album with White Lion songs for the new millenium. I?m not a bigger fan of live albums if it?s not an absolutely stunning live performance - then I will listen for sure.
I didn?t have high hopes for this live album either I must confess, but man did I change my mind after I had listened to "Rocking The USA"?! Yes, this was a really nice live album indeed where Tramp and Co have performed really good and the sound is surprisingly good and has been mixed by Michael Wagener.

I have been a big fan of White Lion when they had their share of hits in the 80?s and early 90s with couple of chartbreakers like the world monsterhit "When The Children Cry". This is a double-CD that features what many could call White Lions best live set with all their hits and classic songs that won?t leave any fan of White Lion disappointed.
Yes, there are nice live versions of Hungry, Lonely Nights, Broken Heart, Fight To Survive, Cry For Freedom, Little Fighter, Wait, Lady Of The Valley, When The Children Cry and the over 11 minutes long Radar Love and many more. You get 16 classic White Lion songs.

The band now consists of Mike Tramp: Vocals, Jamie Law: Guitar, Claus Longwood: Bass, Troy P. Farrell:Drums and Henning Wanner: Keyboards. They have done a great job on this live album but why don?t the original White Lion get together and give us the classic White Lion line-up? Well, these songs still lives on and they still sound great.
A nice live album with fantastic songs.
