Review

We find Minneapolis based band This World Fair somewhere between Ben Folds charming piano pop and Coldplay atmospheric pop.
Their latest 5 track EP "So is death and love" is a real nice affair of memorable songs that will make any cloudy day become sunny and warm.
My favorite "Waiting for you" both flirts with Maroon 5 as well Ben Folds while the romantic opening track "Amy" and the uptempo britpop sounding "Drama" pays a visit in Coldplay land.
The modern rocker "Chance" has more of a Jimmy Eat World meeting Abandoned Pools sound over it,great track!
The EP closes with the ballad "Silicone" that slowly but steady grows each time I listen to it,the Travis influences shine through on this one.
Great EP!
