Review

This huge numetal album from Aussie band Melodyssey was already released back in 2003 but didn?t come to my attention until now, they are label mates with The Butterfly Effect and are working on a new album to be released early 2006.
We?re talking real groovy metal here with a nice combination of heavy riffs, funky rhythm section and a Geddy Lee sounding singer - not everyday you hear about such a band now do you?!
"Distance and regret" could very well have ended up on my top album list over the best releases over 2003,mainly because they have an original sound and the album?s 10 strong tracks.
I can?t wait to hear the new album!

Tracklisting 1. Game Day
2. Distance And Regret
3. Three Days Deep
4. Aquaplane
5. From The Skies
6. The Pitch
7. Semi-Intro
8. Intro
9. The Problem - Part Two
