Review

I have never heard of Cosmic Ballroom but this is their 3rd album. These Swedish rockers mix hardrock and punk with lots of energy featuring 3 lead singers that gives this album a great sound.
The album has been produced by Anders "Theo" Theander and he has come up with a dynamic and powerful production that really takes you for a ride.
If you?re into Backyard Babies, Hellacopters and Green Day with heavy guitars and full speed ahead rocknroll, then you will dig this Swedish punksters.
On their new album they deliver 12 hard hitting tracks with lots of energy, power and riffbased songs.
It?s hard to pick out any favourites from this album because the songs are very even but on the other hand - many of the songs sounds the same and that?s the main problem with this album.

But if I have to pick out a few I would recommend "Dead Generation", "Celebration" (first video), "Time And Again" and "Misery" stands out more than others.
So, if you?re into those mentioned acts then you might wanna check out this band but let?s hope next time they get more variation on the songs.
Coz then these guys are really something we have to watch out for. But in the meantime this will do because I?m pretty sure fans of Backyard Babies and Hellacopters will have a great time with Your Drug Of Choice, so fasten your seatbelts and have a helluva ride.

Damn good album!!

Did you know that?

Before MATCHBOX TWENTY was due to go onstage, they would get in a huddle and sing the 1978 heat wave hit "Always and Forever".
