Review

The Wonder Stuff is a popular band in Britain with 3 top 10 albums and after a 10 year long hiatus, they returned with a new studio album in 2004 and are now celebrating their 20th anniversary with the brand new album "Suspended by stars".
This is truly a nice positive sounding pop record that breathes Aussie rock the late 80?s style,TWS reminds a lot of a mix between The Adventures and Icehouse.
The first single "Blah blah lah di dah" might be easy to remember but it?s hardly one of the catchiest songs - I think the modern rock flirt on "Tricks of the trade" would perfectly fit in on any modern rock compilation and the strong chorus on "Last second of the minute" makes the song a good single to promote the album with.
The atmospheric "We held eachother up" is my personal fave, just wonderful!
Good job lads!
