Review

We have been waiting a long time for this full length album by The Working Title. We reported here on melodic.net that the band started working on it in 2004, one year after the excellent debut Ep, ?Everyone here is wrong".
And it?s really worth the wait, that?s for sure. ?About-Face? is a very strong album that will satisfy all the old fans, but will also get the band a lot of new fans.
With a sound close to Switchfoot with big melodies, built up with some cool ideas - the band has a style that takes a few spins to get a grip of. It?s not an album that you probably won?t really love the first time you hear it.
You might like it ,I did - but it?s after like three, four times that you will really appreciate all the cool melodies signed by Lead singer Joel Hamilton and the rest of the band.
And now after a handful of times I can tell that it?s one of the best and most interesting releases this year.
With songs like ?Under The Ground?, ?Never Run Again? and ?The Mary Getaway? I can?t see anything else than that this band will go well on the charts. If Switchfoot did it, why wouldn?t these guys?
