First of all this is not my cup of tea these Belgian metallers 4th album Mirror Palace has to offer. No, these guys deliver a very complex and strange kind of metal that should please fans of Pain Of Salvation, System Of Down, Dimmu Borgir and Cradle Of Filth. Their songs are very melodic and well produced but I can´t handle the growlvocals that is to much for my taste so there is the biggest problem. At the same time I think many of the songs sounds very much the same when you have listen through the whole album and I can´t hear any bigger difference among them. As I already said the sound and production of the album is very good and behind that is Jens Bogren(Opeth) and Thomas Eberger(Opeth, 69 Eyes, The Hives) that has produced and mixed Mirror Palace. So if you like your music complex with both progressive and jazz influences baked with growlvocals then this could satisfied your needs but where is the variation in the songs and why sound so angry?

Oceans of Sadness mixes up loads of different music influences into their metal and you say no variation? I don´t understand ...
