Ha Ha - a tribute CD for ZZ Top with the best guys from the countryscene. Can that be something to put your money on. Well - what the hell should I say more than a big freekin YES. First out is Lonestar doin "Gimme All Your Lovin" in actually quite a original sort of version. Second out is Brad Paisley doin a hillbilly version of "Sharp Dressed Man". Third out is Hank Williams Jr doin a great boogie/blues version "Jesus Left Chicago/Waiting For The Bus" and in that ways it goes. Other cool or great or funny version worth a mention is Dwight Yokams version of "Im Bad, Im Nationwide", Willie Nelsons groovy version of "She Loves My Automobile", the AOR:ish "I Need You Tonight" with Andy Griggs (P - Tom Kiefer) and "Cheap Sunglasses" by The Warren Brothers. Well I need to mention "Tush" with Kenny Chesney with a groovy hornsection and great guitars all over! All in all a really cool collection and a great partyalbum! He He.
