Artist discography

It really feels that everything that I have been listening to lately have been pure quality and impressive stuff. This debut album from singer songwriter Brendan James is not exception with a very well written and beautiful album. Actually it feels like the perfect record to play on a warm night with the one you like with a nice sophisticated and passionate sound. Ok it’s not totally slow and romantic all the time; there are a couple of more playful tracks from the same school as Jason Mraz. But the majority of the tunes are shaped for more laidback times were you have time to really feel and just enjoy the best of life.

To compare him with some other isn’t that hard. I would say that is really fair to compare him to heroes like James Taylor, Five For Fighting and even Carole King. Brendan sure got the same potential and really knows how to write tunes that both touches and feels meaningful. If he will reach up to their status only future knows. But after having listened to “The Day Is Brave” for some weeks now it’s really clear that we can expect a lot more form this youngster. Quality never goes out of style!
