Review

Zebrahead remain true to their roots and gives their fans a huge dose of upspeeded rap punk on the new album "Phoenix".
This is the sound I learned to love on their successful "Playmate of the year" in 2000, it is with much joy I can say the new album is their 2nd best album after POTY.
There arenĀ“t many bands out there sounding like Zebrahead, their energy is captured to max on this 16 track album and who can say no to Thin Lizzy-like guitar harmonies?!
It almost feels like the label ordered the band to write at least 10 hit singles or there would be no release because there are plenty of potential hits lined up on "Phoenix".
My personal faves are "The juggernauts", "The junkie and the halo" and "HMP".
This is a 2 disc set where the 2nd disc is the never released "Broadcast to the world" DVD with tons of content, footage and videos.
Infectious is the word!
