Review

It’s quite hard to explain the sound of A Silent Film. But imagine yourself a sound with a cool vibe of the 80’s like The Fixx, Simple Minds and The Cure mixed with some modern guys like David Usher and the first Deccatree-album and you are quite near the carpark of this band. Here on their new debut album the englishmen deliver a beautiful mix of songs and I must say that all tunes on here are real damn fine. The single “Thirteen Times The Strength” even smells a little Melée and “Lamplight” is a fantastic beautiful tune. This album is worth every penny. Surf and grab a copy today. Wonderful sound.

Did you know that?

James blunt´s "Goodbye My Lover" was recorded in his slightly insane landlady´s bathroom where the piano was kept.
