Ok, don’t confuse this with the melodic hardrock band from UK called Cornerstone with Dougie White. No, this is a female fronted alternative rock/pop band from Austria. In the info paper it stood that they where influenced by bands like Survivor, Toto, Styx, Russ Ballard, Soul Asylum, The Cure and Guns´n Roses but I can’t find those influences on this album.
The closest AOR vibes you will find with this is that their debut album Whatever came out thanks to none other than the one and only Dennis DeYoung (former Styx) and Russ Ballard that are mentioned on the thanks list.
I don’t know how he is involved with this band. This reminds more of the Aussie band Baby Animals if you remember them? They released two albums if I don’t remember wrong. I never liked their albums either but this is not near the quality they had on their albums.
