Review

I have to admit the album cover fooled me here. THE WEEKENDERS have created a dark front cover with a walking cartoon man on the side of some purple:ish creations. I would have guessed the music would be modern melodic rock/pop with no soul. Man, was I wrong!

My first thought is: LED ZEPPELIN! Pretty soft melodic hard rock, and the opener "Yankee easy sugar" even brings a hint of blues. In "Missy" I even trace early BLACK SABBATH, and there's a nice groove here. These US guys are solid and truly nice to listen to - this is a warm recommendation. Get it!
