Review

EMO band have always a tendency to have weird band names. So have this band. Now, we are not talking about EMO that looks at the punkscene, we talk more about the EMO that smell of arena rock and modern progressive rock. And I think they do it real damn well. The disc contains a bunch of pompous songs such as "The Crop And The Pest" which is a real good one. But the greatest song on the disc is the nearly seven-minute "The Salesman, The house band, The Lover", which is a bloody tremendous song and could be a Blue October song (except for the voices of the leadsingers) crossed with the best "arena-emo" has to offer, and there are plenty more. This disc is far better than their debut "Between The Heart And The Synapse" and I can warmly recommend it to all of you. It´s a pity that the band doesn´t exist no more!
