Review

Mallory Knows' debut Signals was a strong record when it arrived in 2013. Filled with energetic alternative rock made for the large arenas, it was an album that surprised and created expectations. On their new album Asymmetry the band have slow down a bit and added on to a slightly more commercial sound. Personally I think it's absolutely the way to go as the band on this album really found a great mix with nice melodies and great variety. Tracks like "Ghost in the Mirror", "Getaway" and the slower "Heart & Desire" is crazy good and shows that the band is better than most in the genre.
To assist in this record, they have had none less than Gil Norton (Foo Fighters, You Me At Six, Feeder) which of course have given the band a cruel production. So you like bands like Anberlin, Hands Like Houses and why not say Young Guns, Asymmetry is a must have in your collection.
