Review

The might voice from Norway Jorn Lande has recorded a album filled with both some less known Dio songs along with true classics. Ronnie James Dio (R.I.P) was a big influence for Jorn Lande and he has showed on his solo albums what a powerful voice he has that reminds very much of Mr. Dio and David Coverdale. Dio is a album filled with 13 songs were Jorn makes his tribute to one of the best voices in the hardrock scene. There’s one song that’s original called Song For Ronnie James, this is a epic hardrock songs that has great twist and turns in a true Jorn style. Jorn makes these songs good but I wonder what album you will and want to listen to when you want to hear Dio songs? I prefer the original versions but this is still well done and it’s been mixed by the mighty Tommy Hansen.
