Review

When Corey Taylor, pair up with Jim Root, Stone Sour's is now back with their third studio album and there are no doubt anymore - Stone Sour is no longer a side project for Slipknot, but a sequel that is better than his predecessor.
In fact, "Audio Secrecy" is the best album that Stone Sour have done. The group has managed to maintain their weight with razor sharp guitars, while the writing more clear choruses. Powerful songs like Mission Statement, Unfinished, Say you'll Haunt Me and Let's ask honest it is difficult to defend yourself from. And there are even "radiofriendly" tunes like "Dying" on the album, which perhaps "corefans" of Slipknot think is a "sell-out" but I just see songs like that a proof of great songwriting and also a development.
Without a doubt, Stone Sour is today a better band than Slipknot.
