Review

Raubtier burst into the Swedish music scene in 2009 with their debut album “Det finns bara krig”. I thought it was pretty cool and we did not have any act similar to Raubtier at the time. There is still a shortage of industrial goth metal bands singing in Swedish but not all unique cases are good cases. The easiest way to describe the music would be to say that this is a Swedish version of Rammstein. Me, not being the biggest fan of the German metallers have a quite hard time liking this as well.

There are some songs that are decent, the title track for example. But most times I find this sub-par. The vocals is an either love or hate thing about Raubtier and I must say that I tend to lean towards the negative side. I have a hard time actually hearing that he sings Swedish lyrics. The fans that they gained from the first album will be on board for this one as well. I think I will pass though.
