This is what it?s all about, with music that is made from the heart for the heart. A life giving experience like a sunday walk in the park with your children or getting an unexpected visit from a friend you haven?t seen for a while. Moments like that will last forever just like this record. Porcupine Tree have been around since 91 making progressive rock in the old school where the teachers are Camel,Pink Floyd, Genesis and Yes to name a few. "In absentia" is their best work up to date and this years best progressive album in all categories!! Singer, guitarist, composer and producer Steven Wilson plays in his own league and have my full respect for this fantastic journey of beautiful melodies and heavenly dream away tunes. Take one hour of your time and spend it on "In absentia" and I promise you that one hour will turn into days and then weeks and months and a lifetime... This music will last for eternity and now you have to excuse me ?coz I?m gonna close my eyes and leave this earth with the adorable "Gravity elids"...pure progressive exctasy.

Did you know that?

In 1999, Paul Stanley of KISS starred in a Toronto production of The Phantom of the Opera, in which he played the role of The Phantom. He appeared in the musical from May 25 to August 1, and again that year from September 30 to October 31.
