Review

Butch Walker is cool, he´s super cool. He´s helped some of the biggest artists on the planet to their fame but he just didn´t make it on the the same rocket to success himself. Sure he´s a modern living legend as a producer and songwriter but his records just don´t sell as much as the artists he´s producing. The past year he worked with Panic at the disco and Avril Lavigne and supported Pink on her European Festival Tour, on Aug 30 Butch is releasing the new album "The spade" where the first single is "Summer of 89". This song has some cool lyrics and the upbeat powerpop hooks sure feel like a winner, this is not one of his best songs but it will work as a soundtrack for the summer. It´s catchy and the pop punkers out there will love it.

Tracklisting 1. Summer of 89
