"The 80?s heavy metal is my thing because it never dies", states Agnes of her upcoming album. "My dream has come true. Singing gives me loads of strength", describes Agnes. The open-minded and 80?s ?spirited production of "When The Night Falls" together with Agnes? stunning rock voice tells the skeptics where to stick their doubts.

Some of the songwriters on Agnes? "When The Night Falls"-album are Mr. Lordi, Joey Tempest (Europe), Tony Kakko (Sonata Arctica) and Illusion Rake. Musicians playing in Agnes? background among others are Mikko Sir?n, drums (Apocalyptica); Tuomas V?in?l?, guitar (e.g. Kotipelto); Sami Ojala, drums (Carmen Gray) and Lauri Porra (Stratovarius).

The debut single "I Thought We Were Lovers" gives a taste of the upcoming album. It leads the listener to the dark sounds of songs with themes about lost love and longing. Still all songs are connected to each other with the belief in survival. "The theme of my first album is the same as my life motto: ?love and angels?. At the end things always turn for the best", says Agnes.

Agnes starts a tour with her band at the end of the fall.
