In the summer of 2007 I dropped everything I was doing. I left my home, friends, work, security, everything i was working towards and bought a one way ticket to Hawaii in hopes of recording a few songs with producer Eric Helmkamp. I had written a few songs that I felt I had to record no matter the cost or what I might lose. These songs brought me back to life and I knew as I left Hawaii with my ipod blasting the songs in my ears, that this was only the start of something big.
