lots of things, lots of people are influencing me to write these days. trips to good places, really neat people i meet along the way, and just life in all of its amazingness. not to mention some great musicians, like jason mraz, pete schmidt, and marc broussard. i just finished recording my new cd Bend with san francisco producer Jon Armstrong. the album should be out in july- check out a couple of the newbies at mp3.com/caraaley. Ive also just recently moved myself back to boston from san francisco- its good to be home and its going to be even better performing here!



now for the general deetz- i grew up in a small town in new hampshire (hanover)...so pretty there- mmm woodsmoke in the air...ive always been in love with music but didnt pick up the guitar til college cuz ive always been really into the jocky thing (running, basketball, triathlons, and now snowboarding which is my new love!). since college ive been trying to focus more on music cuz its another passion! i was lucky enough to be at stanford with my little brother, where both of us majored in english- i hope that we both absorbed some smarts between naps and that maybe you kin hear the result of an inordinately expensive education (and kindly let my pa know it was all worth it:) click here to write pa aley :)
