Hailing from Southern California, coming together in 2000 to create a new sound and bringing live performances to a new level. Using influences like deftones, pantera, metallica, the doors, pink floyd and many more to create a different sound. Having created a large fan base early on, they grew and the word spread across the world. Touring the U.S and even Japan a few times made them grow and become a band to be noticed. Mugg then hit the studio recording a self-released e.p at the world famous Westlake Audio/Studios. Soon after the e.p was then released and has sold thousands in a short time. Mugg has strived to create a great live show and has shared the stage with bands like papa roach, system of a down, static-x, alien ant farm, adema, snot, hed-pe, biohazard, spineshank, and many more.
