The Hub has the first single — “I’ve Been Accused” — from the Appleton native’s forthcoming record “Old Believers” streaming now. The album, recorded in late 2011 at Welcoming to 1979 in Nashville, will arrive June 26 on Readymade records.

Chisel will be heading out on the road this summer with alt-country rockers Murder by Death and multiple Grammy Award-winner Norah Jones. The trek includes stops at the Hollywood Bowl, Red Rocks, Outside Lands, Bristol Rhythm & Roots Festival and, best of all, the Lawrence Memorial Chapel in Appleton on June 22.

Tickets for the Appleton show are available at www.brownpapertickets.com.

Chisel also is scheduled to appear on “The Late Show with David Letterman” on July 10.
