New Cool Rock Act In Wayland, Managed By Jude Cole (Lifehouse)
Upcoming rock act WAYLAND, named after the band's hometown in Michigan recently released an EP "WELCOME TO MY HEAD" in December 2011. The band is also working on a new album that will be released soon.
The band is managed by Jude Cole (LIFEHOUSE) and Jesse James Dupress (JACKLY, Full Throttle Saloon) and signed to IronWorks record label which is run by Jude Cole and actor Kiefer Sutherland.
They are playing some festival and club dates in August but gearing up for their big national tour this Fall. They will also be in Los Angeles from August 28th - September 11th to finish up the album.
Actually shows remaining in August are: 8-14 in Flint, MI (The Machine Shop), 8-15 Wayland, MI (Wayland Union Fine Arts Center), 8-16 Midland, MI (Northern Lounge), 8-17 Green Bay, WI (Green Bay Distillery), 8-19 Kearney, NE (The Garage), 8-20 Denver, CO (Cervantes), 8-22 Jerome, ID (Diamondz Bar & Grill) and 8-24 Spokane, WA (Knitting Factory). There possible may be two shows added for 8-26 in Portland, OR and 8-27 in Seattle, WA.
