We'd like to thank those of you who have been generous enough to make a pledge towards our new record. We wanted to explain exactly what it is that we're doing.
In order to preserve the integrity of our music, we can no longer make it the way that we have been for the last many years. We have been thinking of the best possible way for us to continue. Here are some of the things that we've had to consider.
Should we continue making music? If so, Why? Also, if yes then how can we actually get all of this material recorded in this lifetime? How can we preserve the integrity of the music, and make sure that we aren't spending years waiting for a record to come out once it is finished?
We have decided to leave this up to you.
First we need to explain that there is not a new record yet. People are asking us when it will be coming out, but the answer is...It isn't made yet. We will not have the opportunity to make it unless we reach our pledge goal.
If enough of you simply pre-order the record, this will give us the opportunity to make it. Our goal is not only to make a record, but to make our best one to date. Those of you who know how much our past records were to make, know that this will not be an easy feat. This is why we need your help.
There are also other exclusive items that we are offering for the first time for those who wish to spend more, but please understand that the smallest pledge of pre-ordering the record will help us move towards our goal. If there are any other things that we aren't offering that you would be interested in, please let us know.
The campaign will go until the end of September. If we do not reach our goal, all of the money gets returned to those who pledged.
