Review

One release per year is not a common thing these days but Minneapolis based Forthangel has the nice tradition of giving their fans a new record every year, the 3rd EP "London bridges" comes out on Aug 19th and it features 5 new songs. I think Scott Fuller and Co gets heavier and heavier for each album, I haven´t heard this much growl and screamo earlier on their previous releases and that´s not a bad thing because it suits their aggressive sound. The new EP ain´t as good as the 2010 album "Silver bullets" but it´s stronger than the first one, I think the production ain´t as clear as I hoped it would be but then again the band recorded their best songs so far with "London bridges" and "Not Hollywood". They kinda make it up for the weak production.

Tracklisting 1. Amistad
2. Not Hollywood
3. London Bridges
4. Heartsick
5. War

Jeff
I think this is a solid album. I love the hard hitting bass. Great Vocals as always. Thanks ForthAngel!
