Review

Cincinnati, OH-based Walk The Moon will later this year to release their major label debut on RCA.And given what they deliver on this three-track EP, it has every chance of becoming a very good album.I really like their straight and none complex rock / pop that has a clear impact from the 80's new wave, not entirely far from bands like Melee, Hurts, Metro Station and Big City Rock.

The first single "Anna Sun" is magically good with the best keyboards I've heard in many, many years. The other two tracks "Tightrope" and "Next In Line" is almost as good and shows that the band has great qualities and may well have their major break this year.Check out!

Tracklisting 1. Tightrope
2. Anna Sun
3. Next In Line

Did you know that?

Most of the sounds on Prince´s "Sign O´ The Times" single came from the stock library that came w/ the ´80s sampler, the Fairlight CMI.
