Review

Is impressed by the wave of English bands that have come in recent years and given us a bunch of very nice rock albums. Is thinking of bands like Royworld, Futures, Young Guns, Royseven, Keywest and now Sound Of Guns that is holding the same class.

This is a band that should have been very close getting a major deal. Their second album "Angels And Enemies" is a real wet dream if you like Alternative Rock, and when bands such as The Shore, No Second Troy, Embassy and Daylights. Can imagine that they grew up with bands like Feeder and Oasis, but refined and revamped it and put their own stamp on it.

There is an obvious arena rock feeling here too and you will find some are reminiscent of U2 in a couple of tracks. However, Sound Of Guns are something more emotional and powerful and prefers these guys any day in the week.

Highlights are "Antartica", "Flash Of Light" and "The Leaning", but there are no weak songs, so just to check up on you like this type of rock.
