Review

This album took 3 years to make,50 songs were written and 35 actually recorded but only 13 songs made it to the final product of Canadian rocker Bif Naked?s 4th album "Superbeautifulmonster".
Bif is continually being recognized for her ?look?. Voted by ?TV Week? in the top 10 sexiest women, at Much Music she blew away the competition (Pink, Christina Aguilera, etc) for the Hottest Female with Tattoos?.
She has attitude, class,a lovely voice and the songs it takes to put her as a strong contender of the best female rock album of the year.
The music is guitardriven rock or perhaps popmetal is a more suitable word like having Auf Der Mar playing with Sum 41 performing songs by Foo Fighters - yeah you can find a lot on this record.
Orchestral arranged modern rock in a million buck production, there are no fillers to be found on SBM - this tough talking girl proves once again why she?s the queen of rock in Canada with this great piece of work.
In this package you will find razor sharp guitars, heartbeating basslines, cool synthesizers, infectious melodies and heartfelt lyrics - she surprises with a magnificent cover of Metallica?s "Nothing else matters" but what the word on the street will be all about is her own songs.
From the strong opener "Abandonment" through the hit single "Let down" to the closing track "After a while" - i can only find one word for this album , STELLAR!

Tracklisting 1. Abandonment
2. Let Down
3. Everyday
4. Yeah, You
5. That’s Life With Me
6. Nothing Else Matters

Did you know that?

"Blink" was a term that represented the word fuck. The members of Blink 182 used to attend Rancho Bernardo High, until they were expelled and sent to RB´s rival school, Poway High School. The letter R is the 18th letter in the alphabet, and B is the 2nd, hence Blink 182 stands for "Fuck" RB.
