Review

Brendan Benson has delivered some great power pop in the past. So when I heard that the beloved guru Jason Falkner was involved producing the new album I was more than happy. Unfortunately the result isnt more than just Ok. Its actually quite boring the stuff. Sure there are a few diamonds such as "Folksinger" and "Life In The D" with an acoustic costume. But there are too many nonsense tracks with boring sound in-between to satisfy my needs from these two guys. It could have been so good. A pity.

Tracklisting 1. Tiny Spark
2. Metarie
3. Folk Singer
4. Life In the D
5. Good To Me
6. You're Quiet
7. What
8. Eventually
9. I'm Easy
10. Pleasure Seeker
11. Just Like Me
12. Jet Lag
